General Policy | Non-Peak

Deposit*:

Reservations that are cancelled more than 7 days from a scheduled pickup will have their non-refundable deposit applied to a future stay. Any reservation cancelled within 7 days or less of a scheduled pickup is non-refundable and will not be applied to a future stay.

Transportation*:

Cancelled reservations will have their transportation fee waived. 

​

Boarding Fee*:

Reservations that are cancelled more than 7 days from a scheduled pickup will be fully refunded less the deposit (see above).  Reservations that are cancelled within 7 days or less of a scheduled pickup will be responsible for 50% of the contracted total boarding fee and tax less the deposit (see above).

Reservation Changes:

Contracts can be modified one time as a courtesy. Additional changes are subject to fees. Requests for early returns of pup(s), that differ from stated time on contract, will be accommodated dependent upon availability. Early returns do not warrant a fee nor do they change the contracted price of stay.

Right to Refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse services based upon a pup's temperament. This is for the safety of our host families.

*Holiday & School Break Policy | Peak

Deposit:

Reservations that are cancelled more than 14 days from a scheduled pickup will have their non-refundable deposit applied to a future stay. Any reservation cancelled within 14 days or less of a scheduled pickup is non-refundable and will not be applied to a future stay. 

​

Transportation:

Transportation may not be provided on major holidays. Reservations that are cancelled more than 14 days from a scheduled pickup will have their transportation fee waived. Any reservation that is cancelled within 7-14 days of a scheduled pickup will be responsible for 50% of the total transportation fee. Reservations that are cancelled within 7 days or less of a scheduled pickup will be responsible for 100% of the total transportation fee.

Reservations that are cancelled more than 14 days from a scheduled pickup will be fully refunded less the deposit (see above).  Reservations that are cancelled within 14 days or less of a scheduled pickup will be responsible for 50% of the contracted total boarding fee and tax, less the deposit (see above).

Minimum Stay:

During peak season, reservations must adhere to a 2 night minimum stay.
